At the SAP trade fair, our Product Manager, Nicolas Fauvel, gave a talk to 90 listeners.
This year’s theme was: ‘The digitalisation of processes and communication within care services’. Over the course of almost an hour, he drew up a portrait of the current problems facing care services organisations, analysing the causes before proposing the solutions offered by digitalisation in the broadest sense.
