Interview with Antoine Bailly and Goeffrey Lovato (Progisap experts).
Introduce yourself: name, position and mission, and describe your company: business, number of employees, year founded, location, etc.
Let me introduce myself. I’m Antoine Bailly, the manager of Dom Vita. We work with 200 beneficiaries in the Val-de-Marne area.
I’m Goeffrey Lovato, a senior residence personal services expert with the SENEF group. My main role is to provide support, both internally and externally. Internally, I support the teams in maintaining their position in the personal services sector, but I also support new customers and all the new networks that we acquire as we go along.
How does Progisap meet the needs of SAP companies?
AB: The two main issues for Dom Vita are the scheduling of my employees’ work, which is linked to the specific requests of my users.
What are the advantages of using Progisap?
GL: Progisap is a 100% web-based solution that specialises in the care services sector. It covers everything from comfort and childcare to dependency care. It covers everything from sales management to payroll. The advantage is that we have a tool that allows us to manage all aspects of our business and optimise our day-to-day processes, so that it becomes a real working tool for our customers.
AB : The advantage of using Progisap and Mobisap software is that it’s easier to communicate and plan my employees’ schedules. The Progisap software gives me a single tool with which to manage my beneficiaries and everything to do with payroll and payroll export. Dom Vita has been using the software since it was set up, i.e. for 8 years. We’ve seen the software evolve constantly, and our feedback is taken into account as it evolves.
What support does Progisap provide on a day-to-day basis?
GL: Progisap is a tool, but behind Progisap there’s also a whole team. Starting with the delivery teams, who will help our new customers to set up the software. There’s also our customer service team, who are there on a daily basis to pass on information, requests for upgrades, analyse all of this and ensure that the software evolves. And finally, there are our training teams, who will be on hand to upgrade the skills of our teams, whether administrative or even management, so that they can make the best possible use of the software.
What would you say to companies that are reluctant to use Progisap?
AB: There are three of us at head office – a sector manager, an apprentice and myself – who manage 35 employees. Without the Progisap software, there wouldn’t be so few of us at head office.
GL: Antoine at Dom Vita currently manages 200 customers and 35 service providers. There are only two of them at administrative level. Thanks to Progisap, we’ve been able to optimise this administrative management, which is very complex in our sector today. What’s more, this sector of activity is going to evolve over the next few years, so it’s necessary and important to have an efficient tool, and Progisap is just the thing.
3 strong points that characterise Progisap?
AB: If I had to pick 3 things out of Progisap’s software, it’s that it’s scalable, ergonomic and that we have a team that’s available to the company and its employees.
GL: If I had to give you 3 reasons for joining us, it would be the first word ‘scalable’, the second word ‘ergonomic’ and the third word ‘business’. Because we’re really at the heart of the human services business.
