We’ll assign you a dedicated account manager to help you set up your business. Initially, he or she will identify your needs and then suggest the offer best suited to your company. Once your deployment plan has been drawn up, our technical teams will create your Progiclean environment and interface. Your account manager will then train your teams to use the software. Finally, you’re ready to digitise your day-to-day activities. The average implementation time is between 4 and 6 weeks.
Progisap is a 100% web-based software in SaaS mode. You can connect from any type of device (computer, tablet, phone) with an internet connection and a web browser (preferably Chrome). We recommend that you have the latest version of your browser to get the best performance from the software.
Yes, your Progiclean software allows you to benefit from optional customer portals and/or employee portals.
PROGICLEAN is 100% web-based software. Your data is hosted on remote web servers. We select our servers from service providers based in France. Our servers and access to your PROGICLEAN database are secure.
We make back-ups of your database several times a day, which we store on secondary servers to ensure immediate and rapid restoration of your data in the event of a problem.
Every day all your data is backed up. You can retrieve them in full at any time. Your data is your property and will be returned to you in all cases.
Yes, as an administrator, you can block access to PROGISAP and all mobility tools with just 1 click.
No. Up-to-date maintenance of the PROGISAP software is included in your subscription. You will systematically benefit from all the optimisations, new features and improvements of the tool.
Yes, our PROGISAP software can be exported in a standardised format for integration into accounting software (SAGE, CEGID, EBP, etc.).
