KP: Founded in 2003, Ceka Service’s remit covers household chores, services for the elderly and disabled and shared accommodation.
We are located in the south of the Seine-et-Marne department and employ 73 people for 432 customers. We have been working with Progisap since 2015.
What are the special features of your business?
MD: All our staff are trained in the Montessori approach, to provide personalised, humanist care.
We are pioneers in the field of ‘shared housing’ and in training our teams in this specific approach.
We make sure that our employees are pampered:

– and working hours to suit their lifestyles.
What are the challenges facing your company?
KP: We’re constantly on the lookout for new employees to expand our business. It’s going to be crucial if we are to move towards an independent service.
In your opinion, what are the issues facing a care services company in general?
KP: For all of us, it’s recruitment and financial stability.
What do you do on a day-to-day basis to plan your business?
MD: On a day-to-day basis, we recruit and train new staff to give us greater flexibility in our schedules.
We also place a great deal of importance on monitoring customers by making visits and establishing individual links to better meet their needs. In addition, we monitor badges, hospital discharges and expiring cases.
How were you organised before using Progisap, and what tools did you use?
KP: We were using old software that no longer met our expectations, especially in terms of invoicing. Progisap has breathed new life into our business. We’ve saved time. We can go from planning to invoicing to the customer file in a single click. Managing recurring tasks has also become much more efficient.

MD: Thanks to Progisap, it’s much simpler to replace one person or another. We can move from one branch to another in the same space. The great revolution of the EDM is that all our documents are stored on the software. Everyone can consult the documents they need for information or work, whether you’re an employee or an administrator.

MD: On a day-to-day basis, the home page lists all the useful information. The display of multi-employee schedules gives an overview, and the printouts make it easier to manage the company.
